Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet
• Support movement of vehicles between locations and maintain fleet records
• Maintain records for vehicle registrations, license plates, stickers, and keys; process invoices
• Answer phones and communicate with internal teams and external partners
