Avis Budget Group in Kenner, Louisiana is seeking a Rental Fleet Clerk to provide essential clerical support for fleet operations. You will coordinate the entry and exit of vehicles from the fleet, assist in moving vehicles between locations, and maintain accurate records of vehicle status and documentation.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and a willingness to work all shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Willingness to work outdoors near a mechanical shop with moderate noise
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Ability to sit, type, talk, hear, move, and drive various vehicles as needed

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet.
• Support movement of vehicles between locations and maintain vehicle status records.
• Maintain records for registrations, license plates, stickers, and keys; process invoices.
• Answer phones and communicate with internal teams and external partners.
