Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Hawaii is hiring a Rental Fleet Clerk to provide clerical and administrative support for fleet operations. You will help coordinate vehicle entry and exit, move vehicles between locations, and maintain accurate records for vehicle status and documentation.

The role requires attention to detail, effective communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. On-site work with shift flexibility is expected, with a starting wage around $20 per hour and benefits such as PTO and

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work outdoors near a mechanical shop with moderate noise.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be able to sit, type, talk, hear, move, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• On-site position; remote work not allowed.
• 6 months office clerical experience or familiarity with automotive parts/tools is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate entry and exit of vehicles in the fleet.
• Support movement of vehicles between locations and maintain records.
• Maintain records for registrations, license plates, stickers and keys.
• Process invoices and answer phones.
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners.
