Job summary

Avis Budget Group is hiring for an on-site vehicle processing role in Fort Lauderdale. You will manage vehicle entry/exit, inspections, license plate work, and paperwork to ensure vehicles are ready for rental and transfer through the fleet.

This outdoor role requires attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare vehicles across multiple brands, support fleet transitions to retail or auctions, and help position cars on the lot for efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required and legal to work in the U.S.
• Strong attention to detail with clear verbal and written communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform outdoor/physical tasks
• 18 years of age or older with work authorization

Responsibilities

• Oversee entry and exit of vehicles in the rental fleet and conduct inspections
• Install/remove license plates, coordinate registration paperwork, stickers and keys
• Prepare newer vehicles for customer rentals and assist with fleet transitions
• Support vehicle movement across the lot to maintain efficient operations
• Ensure accurate documentation for fleet accuracy and customer experience
