• Provide world class customer service by managing the rental (and occasionally return) process, in compliance with Hertz’s policies and procedures.

• Take ownership of each customer’s service experience by immediately owning and resolving issues.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers on their rental and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Overcome customer objections and offer products and services.
• Shuttle customers as needed and ensure vehicles are prepared for pick-up.
• Prepare Rental Agreement documents accurately and completely.
• Answer phones and assist customers in a friendly, helpful manner.
• Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally.
