Hertz seeks a Flexible Customer Service Associate to assist customers with rentals, maximize revenue via product recommendations, and ensure world-class service. You will shuttle customers and prepare vehicles, including cleaning, assessing damage, fueling, and fluids.

Wage is $22.00/hour with benefits such as medical, dental & vision plans, 401(k) with matching, parental leave, EAP, and education reimbursement.

Flexible Customer Service Associate

The Flexible Customer Service Associate consults with customers on their rental. Maximizing revenue opportunities by actively offering products and services and overcoming customer objections. Ensures that the customer receives world-class customer service and sales support. The responsibilities also include shuttling customers. This position also ensures vehicles are prepared for customer pick-up, which includes cleaning vehicles. assessing damage, fueling, and refilling all fluids.

Wage: $22.00/hour

• Review rental parameters with all customers to ensure a complete understanding of our rates and service charges.
• Ensure that the return date and time on the rental agreement is accurate.
• Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
• Prepare the Rental Agreement Folder with all required information.
• Answer the phones to assist customers in a friendly, helpful and prompt manner.
• Assist customers by effectively resolving all customer service issues.
• Assist and coordinate customers within the queue to minimize any wait time and promote the most efficient service method as required.
