Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company is seeking a Rental Manager to plan and direct branch rental activities. The role involves coordinating the Rental Department, developing sales and marketing programs, and evaluating performance to meet company objectives.

The right candidate will steer utilization, train staff, and ensure service excellence. Responsibilities include setting branch goals, improving profit targets, and maintaining customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Sales experience or recent training.
• Strong organization skills.
• Detail orientated.
• Available on call-out basis to service customers.
• Must be Company/Team minded.
• CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates all activities of the Rental Department at branch assigned accomplishing objectives and defines sales goals.
• Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales, utilization, and profit target based on current market conditions.
• Evaluates Rental performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate actions as necessary. Appraises performance of rental personnel against established standards and targets.
• Controls Rental utilization through the analyzation of market potential in accordance with established goals.
• Develops and trains Rental Department personnel to ensure objectives are met.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
