Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company is looking for a Management Trainee for their Leasing division. This position involves developing skills for future leadership roles while providing quality transportation solutions to customers.

The trainee will focus on coordinating rental activities, driving new sales, and managing branch operations. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, managing fleet contracts, ensuring compliance with licensing, and conducting daily checks on rental trucks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales Proposals for new and existing Rental customers.
• Manage location fleet and execute rental contracts to meet daily reservations.
• Ensure all Branch units have the required licenses, permits, and identification.
• Timely collect, audit, and prepare Driver Trip Records related to rental units.
• Checks in and out rental trucks, conducts daily lot checks.
• Completes rental reports and rental billing daily.
