Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across assigned branches, directing profitability and performance. You will lead leasing, service sales, and rental activities, while ensuring policy adherence and corrective actions where needed.

You will work with branch managers to set objectives, develop sales strategies, and drive customer satisfaction, with emphasis on leadership and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires previous management experience.
• Prefer thorough knowledge of Leasing operations.
• Prefer direct truck leasing and/or rental experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Requires strong leadership ability and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess present and future needs, trends, problems and profit opportunities of assigned branches.
• Establish short and long-term operating and financial objectives for branches.
• Develop sales strategies with branch managers and sales staff to achieve objectives.
• Ensure policies and objectives are understood and applied across branches.
• Review results and implement corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Promote safe work habits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Meet customers to review services and explore new leads.
