Job summary

Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC (MHC Truck Leasing-Fort Worth) is seeking a Rental Account Manager to lead rental operations at the Fort Worth branch. You will plan and direct rental activities, develop sales programs, and work to meet utilization and profit targets in a competitive market.

The role requires sales experience or recent training, strong organization, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

Strong organization skills.

Available on call-out basis to service customers.
Must be Company/Team minded.
CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

Directs and coordinates all activities of the Rental Department at branch assigned attaining objectives and defines sales goals.
Develops a sales and marketing program to achieve specific sales, utilization, and profit target based on current market conditions.
Evaluates Rental performance against established targets and standards and take appropriate actions as necessary.
Controls Rental utilization through the analyzation of market potential in accordance with established goals.
Develops and trains Rental Department personnel to ensure objectives are met.
