Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers and staff. You will coordinate rental sales and support services for the equipment rental fleet, determine customer needs, and manage reservations.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service skills, experience in rental or heavy equipment, and solid MS Office abilities to ensure smooth information flow and high-quality service across our operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three years of experience in customer service, preferred experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry.
• Previous experience with Pump Rental and Trench/Shoring Safety equipment required
• Excellent computer skills - proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and company personnel at the CAT Rental Store.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services, communication, and information flow for the equipment rental fleet.
• Determine customer rental needs and handle all corresponding rental reservations.
