Bobcat of the Rockies in Colorado Springs is seeking a Rental Coordinator to support a busy dealership. This full-time role handles rental inquiries, opens and closes rental contracts, and ensures equipment is ready for delivery, with store hours Monday–Friday 7:00 am–5:00 pm and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills, excel in a high-volume environment, and possess good computer and systems knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Good computer and systems knowledge.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all rental needs and inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, emails).
• Generate new customer leads, including occasional cold calling.
• Open, close, and manage all rental contracts.
• Maintain displays on the sales floor.
• Follow rental policies and procedures of the company.
• Prepare equipment: wash, grease, check fluids, test operation, document.
• Load and unload equipment with safety and documentation.
• Assist customers and other store departments.
• Sweep and clean and assist with yard maintenance.
• Maintain a safe work environment and PPE compliance.
