Bobcat of the Rockies in Colorado Springs is seeking a results-driven Rental Manager to lead the rental department, oversee all rental activities, and maintain fleet availability and condition.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating transport, ensuring profitable operations, and delivering exceptional customer service with strong organizational skills. This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excel in a high volume fast paced environment.
• Excellent customer relations skills.
• Good computer and systems knowledge.
• Working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with construction or ag equipment preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Handle all rental needs and inquiries (walk-ins, phones, emails).
• Responsible for equipment rental.
• Maintain management guidelines on availability and gross profit.
• Lead the Rental Department; manage documentation for equipment leaving/returning; maintain files.
• Oversee status of rental equipment inventory, including maintenance and fleet size.
• Prepare rental equipment (washing, greasing, fluids, operation check).
• Coordinate transportation of new and rental equipment; daily/weekly trucking schedules.
• Assist in loading/unloading parts, supplies, and equipment for internal and customers.
• Assist with parts, supplies, and service customers as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
