Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store, a division of Ohio Machinery Co., seeks a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, sales personnel, and internal staff. You will coordinate rental sales and support services, manage reservations, and ensure smooth information flow for the equipment rental fleet.

Strong customer service is essential as you determine customer rental needs and handle related communications in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, preferably in heavy equipment or equipment rental.
• Proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for customers, sales personnel, and staff.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services and reservations.
• Ensure effective communication and information flow for the rental fleet.
