Job summary

Ohio CAT Rental Store in Richwood, KY is seeking a Rental Coordinator to be the primary contact for customers, sales staff, and internal teams. You will coordinate rental sales and support services, assess customer rental needs and manage reservations with a strong focus on service quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 3+ years in customer service in heavy equipment or rental industries, and solid MS Office skills to streamline operations and communications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in customer service required, with experience in the heavy equipment and/or equipment rental industry preferred.
• Excellent computer skills - proficiency in MS Office required.
• General knowledge of rental equipment and services offered preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales personnel, and other company personnel.
• Coordinate rental sales and support services, communication, and information flow for equipment rental fleet by determining customer rental needs and handling all corresponding rental reservations.
• Strong customer service will be vital in this position.
