Mustang Cat in Katy, TX is seeking a motivated Rental Coordinator to join our team. You will act as a key contact for customers, coordinating equipment rentals from inquiry through billing, while delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technical Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person to identify equipment solutions for rental needs.
• Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and coordinate rental transactions from start to finish.
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely fulfillment of rental orders.
• Schedule and dispatch transportation for equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns.
• Verify equipment availability and coordinate rentals efficiently using internal systems.
• Monitor rental contracts, billing, and documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Build strong customer relationships by providing responsive, professional service.
• Collaborate with operations, service, and branch personnel to maximize equipment utilization and customer satisfaction.

Mustang Cat is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental Coordinator to join our team in Katy, TX. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, coordinating equipment rentals from initial inquiry through billing while ensuring a positive customer experience and supporting efficient branch operations.

What You'll Do as a Rental Coordinator:

As a Rental Coordinator, you will manage the day-to-day rental process, ensuring customers receive the right equipment, on time and with outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers by phone, email, and in person to identify equipment solutions that meet their rental needs
• Prepare quotes, process rental agreements, and coordinate rental transactions from start to finish
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure timely fulfillment of rental orders
• Schedule and dispatch transportation for equipment deliveries, transfers, and returns
• Utilize internal systems and resources to verify equipment availability and coordinate rentals efficiently

Strongly Preferred:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in equipment rental, construction, heavy equipment, or related industries
• Knowledge of Caterpillar (CAT) equipment and applications
• Understanding of equipment applications within construction, industrial, or commercial markets
