EquipmentShare is Hiring a Rental Coordinator

Position: Rental Coordinator

Location: Birmingham, AL

Responsibilities:

1. Respond to inbound leads and guide customers through the rental process.
2. Build relationships with contractors and construction company principals, educating them on how EquipmentShare can support their business.
3. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and inform them of new services.
4. Promptly address customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
5. Develop new sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience.

Schedule & Compensation

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent listening and relationship-building skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and stay updated on products and services.
