Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment rentals, returns, and deliveries.
• Provide outstanding customer service in person, by phone, and by email.
• Ensure rental contracts are accurate and completed in our system.
• Work closely with service, yard, and delivery staff to ensure timely execution of rentals.
• Assist with scheduling and dispatching equipment.
• Help maintain inventory accuracy and availability.
• Promote a positive, solution-focused customer experience.

• Previous experience in equipment rental, logistics, or dispatching is a plus.
