Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location to lead a team, drive daily tasks, and ensure performance standards are met.

You will train new hires, deliver excellent customer service, uphold safety policies, report on performance targets, and adapt to changing schedules including night, weekend, and holiday shifts.

What we require:

• Valid driver's license (non CDL)
• A clean driving record is great but not required
• 21 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
• Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
• Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
