Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location serving the Fort Lauderdale area. You will lead your team to meet daily tasks and performance standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will provide training to new hires, maintain safety focus, and report on performance targets. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license (non CDL) required.
• Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays.

What you'll bedoing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operationAble to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:

• Valid driver's license (non CDL)
• A clean driving record is great but not required
• 21 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
