Job summary

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS) is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location to lead a team, train new hires, and ensure daily operations meet performance standards. You will deliver high-quality customer service while adhering to safety policies and company values, working with minimal supervision and flexible shifts.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience, a valid non-CDL driver's license, and the ability to manage reports and schedules in a fast-paced

What you'll be doing:

• Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
• Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
• Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
• Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
• Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
• Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
• Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
• Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required

What we require:

• Valid driver's license (non CDL)
• A clean driving record is great but not required
• 21 years of age or older
• HS Diploma or GED
