Responsibilities

• Set up inviting showroom displays and prepare furniture, appliances, and electronics for customers.
• Sell products, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle inquiries in-store or by phone.
• Handle service calls, diagnose issues with rented merchandise, and guide customers.
• Manage accounts and renewals (collections) through field visits and phone outreach.
• Support deliveries/returns by loading/unloading trucks when needed.
