Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee an assigned portfolio of accounts and build customer relationships.
• Conduct early-stage collections (1–6 days past due) and meet collection targets.
• Complete deliveries, pickups, and follow-ups for accounts and ensure showroom standards.
• Provide in-store, phone, and on-site white-glove service and drive account growth.
