Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP software for inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize materials for renovation projects.
• Assign and distribute materials to teams on schedule.
• Verify shipments against work orders and delivery docs for accuracy.
• Track stock levels and place timely orders to avoid shortages.
• Keep storage areas clean, organized, and compliant with best practices.
• Document incoming/outgoing inventory and collaborate with Project Managers and vendors.
