Job summary

Mappa is seeking a Renovation Coordinator to oversee renovation projects from design to completion at our properties. You will manage timelines, contractor coordination, and ensure finishes align with the approved design to maximize property value.

The role requires strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensibility, and excellent communication to collaborate with GC teams and stakeholders. This position is on-site and pivotal to presenting renovated assets for sale.

Qualifications

• Experience in renovation projects.
• Knowledge of interior design, materials, and finishes.
• Ability to coordinate teams or general contractors (GC).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure contractors meet deadlines, quality standards, and agreed-upon design, including colors, textures, and materials.
• Coordinate the various trades (electricians, plumbers, flooring, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient execution.
• Conduct quality checks and review every detail to ensure the property is ready for sale.
• Report project progress and any deviations to the project lead, proposing solutions if necessary.
• Ensure the final design reflects the agreed plan, focusing on aesthetics, detail, and quality to maximize property value.
• Coordinate all audiovisual materials documenting the renovation process.
