The role requires proficiency in CRM, MS Project/RedTeam, and strong communication. Occasional travel and a valid driver’s license are expected, with a salary range of $75,000–$100,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction coordination or project administration, multifamily or renovation preferred.
• Ability to travel long distances as required per project.
• Strong knowledge of construction documentation, permitting processes, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administrative support to the project management team.
• Ensure adherence to project management protocols with accuracy across active projects.
• Assist in permitting and regulatory documentation.
• Assist in assembling and managing project submittals for client and engineering review.
• Coordinate procurement and purchasing of major materials to control costs and deadlines.
• Source subcontractors and vendors for project managers.
• Enter and maintain project data in the CRM and track schedules.
• Perform site visits for quality control and standards verification.
• Prepare Subcontractor SOW documents.
• Support client proposals and ensure timely submissions.
• Help compile progress reports and maintain vendor lists.
• Assist with closeout binders including warranties and data sheets.
