Job summary

USA Multifamily Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Terracina Reno Family Apartments in Reno, NV. The role reports to the Community Manager and is a non-exempt, Monday–Friday position with on-call flexibility.

Salary ranges from $24 to $26 per hour, depending on experience. The Maintenance Technician will handle major repairs with supervision, perform routine preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and compliance with Fair Housing and EPA/OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to use basic tools and equipment for repairs.
• Knowledge of safety standards and EPA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure major repairs are reported to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Community Manager.
• Regularly diagnose and perform minor and routine maintenance.
• Assist and perform periodic maintenance property walks and recurring apartment inspections.
• Maintain and communicate HAZCOM standards; keep SDS sheets current.
