Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance on a 200-unit property
• Experience in plumbing, electrical, A/C and related trades required
• Customer service attitude and teamwork are essential
• Reliable transportation is a MUST
• Availability to participate in on-call rotation

Responsibilities

• Clean grounds, offices and common areas; service requests
• Repair appliances and perform maintenance tasks
• Paint and refresh units during turnovers
• Handle emergency calls and prioritise safety
• Support property operations across assigned communities
