Job summary

A prominent property management firm in Reno, Nevada is seeking a Maintenance Technician. The candidate will be responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and prepare vacant units for occupancy. Ideal applicants will have knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work, as well as previous property maintenance or handyman experience. This position offers competitive pay between $22.00 to $24.00 per hour, along with various benefits including health programs and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the daily repair and upkeep of the property and the preparation of vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain and keep an inventory of all supplies and equipment.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Be available to work on an on‑call basis.
