Job summary

Barracuda Networks is seeking a Renewals Specialist in the US to drive contract renewals, sustain high renewal rates, and identify upsell opportunities. The role requires proactive outreach and coordination with CS, Channel, and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Based in Alpharetta, GA or Campbell, CA, you will use Salesforce to manage pipeline, forecast, and document all customer activity while targeting monthly and quarterly revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Must manage renewals across NA with accuracy and initiative.
• Proven ability to drive revenue and cross-sell/up-sell.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience documenting activity and forecasting in a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory to drive revenue through contract renewals.
• Outreach to customers 90–120 days before renewal via calls and emails.
• Prepare proposals and documentation at least 60 days in advance.
• Use Salesforce to document activity, manage pipeline and forecast.
• Identify upsell opportunities and partner with sales to close.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Channel and Sales teams.
• Monitor risks and ensure on-time renewals and revenue targets.
