Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience with Salesforce and renewal process.
• 3 to 5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and operational workflows.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review Salesforce cases for timely resolution.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management throughout renewal processes.
• Coach and guide team members through training and day-to-day support.
