Job summary

CVS Health seeks a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and Salesforce case management. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and accurate/workflow-driven execution.

You will coach the team, manage complex cases, and drive improvements while ensuring timely delivery in line with operational expectations. Strong renewal and reporting experience is required.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of reporting experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience working with Salesforce and the insurance renewal process.
• Strong working knowledge of renewal processes, reporting expectations, stakeholder support, and case management practices.
• Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to develop yourself and others.
• Strong execution and delivery skills in a fast-paced operational setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and oversee execution of renewal processes, reporting-related programs, and operational workflows to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead daily case call discussions and review complex Salesforce cases to support timely resolution and consistent execution.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Client Management throughout the renewal process, maintaining strong relationships.
• Coach and guide team members through training, education, and day-to-day support to strengthen adoption of renewal processes and case request workflows.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, identify risks, and support mitigation planning.
• Provide regular status updates and elevate issues to support timely resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to strengthen efficiency, quality, and scalability.
• Lead and support internal team initiatives to improve renewal and reporting team effectiveness.
