Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Renewal and Reporting Team Lead to oversee renewal processes, reporting programs, and Salesforce case management within our health benefits operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong renewal experience, and a track record of optimizing workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of reporting experience.
• 3–5 years with Salesforce and renewal processes.
• 3–5 years of health insurance group benefits experience.
• Experience managing or guiding complex renewal/workflow in an operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach team and provide operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate renewal processes and related programs to ensure delivery.
• Lead daily case discussions and review Salesforce cases.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Management during renewal.
• Coach staff through training and workflow adoption.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and mitigate risks.
• Provide status updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Lead internal initiatives to improve renewal team effectiveness.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team.
