Job summary

Aaron's Inc is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers, drive payment collections and renewals, and ensure satisfaction with our lease products. You will build relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and reliable computer skills; you will support the Account Manager in hitting daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals, with opportunities for incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with a valid US driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• DOT certification requirements in applicable states.
• Ability to work hours 8am–9pm.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 300 lbs. with dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy with strong multitasking ability.
• Professional telephone etiquette.
• Uphold the Aaron's Brand and protect company assets.
• Maintain a professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Contact customers with non-renewed leases via home visits or phone.
• Promote benefits of timely lease renewals.
• Assist the Account Manager in meeting daily to monthly revenue/renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center.
• Complete weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets.
• Load and secure products in company vehicle.
• Safely operate company vehicle.
• Support Sales Team as needed.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
