Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Customer Accounts Advisor to coach customers on payment collections and lease renewals, building strong relationships over the phone and in person to move customers toward ownership.

The role emphasizes high-energy customer service, effective communication, and the ability to manage schedules, document accounts, and support the sales team while upholding Aaron’s brand and service standards.

Qualifications

• US resident 21+ with valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• DOT certification in required states.
• Ability to work hours 8am–9pm, schedule varies.
• Lift up to 50 lb; up to 300 lb with dolly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and multitasking ability.
• Professional appearance and telephone etiquette.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update customer accounts in store computer system and document payment appointments.
• Direct contact with customers who have not renewed lease agreements via home visits or phone.
• Sell the benefits of timely lease renewal payments.
• Support Customer Account Manager in daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed.
• Clean and certify merchandise in Quality Assurance Center for returns.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure and protect product in company vehicle; operate vehicle safely.
• Assist Sales Team as needed; perform other duties.”
