Job summary

Mimecast is seeking a Sr. Manager, Renewal Operations in Lexington, MA, to build the renewals backbone and establish a scalable operating cadence.

You will forecast, report, and design a territorial, target and process framework for a new BPO renewals model, coordinating with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success and Legal. Qualifications

• Experience owning recurring-revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to build processes from scratch amid ambiguity.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with outsourced or BPO-based renewals operations is highly favorable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Establish renewals forecasting process with consistent definitions and cadence.
• Build and maintain reporting on renewal rates, attrition, and pipeline.
• Set rhythms for weekly forecast calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly planning.
• Design territories, quotas, handoffs, and QA standards for a BPO renewals team.
• Collaborate with BPO vendor and internal teams on workflows, tooling access, SLAs, and performance reviews.
• Plan the extension of North America renewals into EMEA and APAC, aligned with regional leadership.
• Identify dashboards and automation for forecasting, reporting and territory management.
• Align renewal operations with Sales, RevOps, Finance, Customer Success and Legal.
