Job summary

1Password is seeking a Senior Manager, Renewals to lead our global renewals function, owning the operating model, team performance, and renewal outcomes that drive retention and expansion.

You will lead renewal managers across regions, establish standards for coverage and risk management, and partner with GTM leaders to resolve complex renewal situations while building scalable renewal motions.

Qualifications

• Lead renewals, customer success, account management, or related post‑sale function in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning retention outcomes.
• Manage global or senior renewals teams, including hiring, developing, and supporting managers or team leads.
• Lead complex renewal negotiations with enterprise customers while building repeatable renewal motions for smaller customer segments.
• Apply knowledge of renewal frameworks, commercial terms, pricing, procurement, legal processes, forecasting, and retention metrics (gross/net retention, churn, renewal rate, expansion).
• Use Salesforce, Gainsight, or comparable CS platforms to manage health, risk, forecasts, and team performance.
• Build trusted partnerships across CS, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Legal, Support, Solutions Engineering, and Product.
• Bring experience in cybersecurity/identity security or IAM; familiarity as a 1Password user of practitioner is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead renewals across regions and experience levels to scale the function.
• Own the global renewals forecast and retention outcomes.
• Establish standards for coverage, handoffs, risk management, forecasting, and performance management.
• Coach managers through deal reviews, call debriefs, calibration, and development plans.
• Partner with senior leaders to resolve complex renewal situations and embed learnings into the operating model.
• Design renewal playbooks and AI-assisted workflows to increase capacity and create repeatable outcomes.
• Provide clear insights into renewal performance, risk, expansion opportunities, and strategic priorities.
