Job summary

Meltwater is hiring a Renewals Manager in the United States, based in Charlotte with a required in-office presence 3 days per week. You will drive on-time renewal revenue and collaborate with Customer Success and Account Managers to maximize customer value, retention, and growth.

You will manage renewal transactions, build relationships, and maintain CRM data, while negotiating upgrades and forecasting renewals. This role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and customer success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 2+ years in customer success or SaaS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work cross-functionally.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid schedule with in-office presence 3 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to drive on-time renewal revenue.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Account Managers to drive value, retention, and growth.
• Proactively build relationships with customers and promote Meltwater resources.
• Manage transactional renewals, process transactions, and oversee contract execution.
• Identify upcoming renewals and maintain accurate account data in CRM.
• Develop quotes and handle renewal contracts administration.
• Drive accurate retention forecasting.
• Identify, negotiate, and secure upgrades on legacy agreements.
