Job summary

Workday is seeking a Sr Associate Deal Ops Manager, Renewals to support end-to-end renewal operations in Salesforce/CPQ with CLM-driven document generation. You will partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure accurate pricing, terms, and smooth handoffs to Finance/RevOps.

You will monitor performance, propose process improvements, and maintain playbooks while adapting to flexible work arrangements that support remote and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Deal Desk, Deal Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role; renewal support preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM including opportunity management, quoting, reporting.
• Strong understanding of SaaS constructs (ACV/TCV, co-terms, multi-year deals).

Responsibilities

• Support renewal deal structuring (co-terms, multi-year) within guidelines.
• Validate quotes in Salesforce/CPQ and generate documents via CLM.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Legal for strategy and terms.
