Aaron’s is hiring a Customer Account Advisor to coach customers through lease renewals and ownership journeys. You will build relationships by phone and in in-store visits, guiding customers toward timely payments and renewals while maintaining accurate records in the system.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and the ability to handle difficult conversations, with a focus on meeting daily revenue targets and delivering exceptional service.

Formación

• US residency 21+ with valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• DOT certification in required states as applicable.
• Willingness to work a schedule from 8 am to 9 pm.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and update customer accounts in the store system.
• Direct contact with customers on renewals via in-home visits and phone.
• Sell benefits of timely lease renewal payments to customers.
• Assist in achieving daily, weekly and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Load, secure and protect merchandise in company vehicle and ensure safe driving.
