Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Renewals Sales Support Representative to provide quote and sales support for Maintenance Renewal Sales Accounts. The role includes building renewal quotes, tracking expiring contracts, and keeping CRM data current to drive revenue.

The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams to maximize renewal revenue and meet targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist Renewal Sales Account Manager in meeting revenue targets.
• Monitor expiring maintenance contracts and create renewal quotes 90-120 days before expiration.
• Review ERP/CRM data for quote preparation.
• Create renewal quotes and secure discount approvals as needed.
• Audit renewal quotes for accuracy before submission for approval.
• Keep CRM up-to-date with opportunity attributes (Value, Quote Status, Close Date).
• Assist with reconciliation of CRM records upon PO receipt.
• Support sales cycle follow-up and document updates.
