Job summary

HM Cragg is seeking an Inside Sales – Renewal Quotation (ISR) for the service team. The role focuses on protecting and expanding recurring generator-service revenue, owning renewals and quotations for existing customers, and supporting Outside Sales with timely, accurate proposals.

You will follow up on PM and repair quotations, identify new service opportunities, and ensure data completeness in IFS. Primarily office-based in Billings with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales, service-contract renewal, quotation, customer success, sales support, or service administration.
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage high quotation volumes, follow-ups, and deadlines.
• Clear customer communication, disciplined follow-up, problem-solving ability, and sound commercial judgment.
• Proficiency with IFS CRM/ERP, Microsoft 365, CoPilot and structured quoting tools.
• Customer-focused, accountable, and aligned with HM Cragg values and policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal pipeline and initiate renewal activity before contracts expire.
• Prepare accurate renewal and existing-customer quotations using approved pricing and terms.
• Prepare quotations for Outside Sales when needed, preserving opportunity ownership.
• Follow up on preventive-maintenance quotations and repair quotations from Service Advisors.
• Identify additional-service opportunities from service history and customer requests.
• Escalate strategic opportunities to Outside Sales when necessary.
• Maintain renewal dates, quotation statuses, contacts, equipment, and activities in IFS.
• Ensure all required information is collected before handing orders to the Commercial Contract Administrator.
