Qualifications

• 4-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in strategic and high-volume environments.
• Experience recruiting in construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, or related technical fields.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions through data and insights.
• Advanced sourcing using professional networks, digital platforms, and creative outreach methods.
• Experience with Boolean searches, job boards, and talent pipeline cultivation.
• Strong knowledge of employment law surrounding recruiting, screening, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business strategy and define required skills.
• Meet staffing needs with a long-term talent strategy while adapting recruiting priorities.
• Source quality candidates across multiple states including remote areas via social media and referrals.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize recruitment workflows.
• Maintain metrics and KPIs and ensure strong candidate experience and confidentiality.
• Build relationships with candidate sources and hiring managers to support hiring goals.
