Job summary

SOLV Energy, a leader in solar, storage, and substation projects, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner. The role supports planning and staffing with a diverse pipeline and a superior candidate experience.

The position can be hybrid with in-office presence in San Diego, CA or remote in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX. You will engage with hiring managers and build enduring relationships while driving inclusive recruiting practices.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of full-cycle recruiting in strategic/high-volume settings.
• Experience in construction/renewable energy or related technical fields preferred.
• Proven ability to influence hiring decisions with data and insights.
• Advanced sourcing using networks, digital platforms, and creative outreach methods.
• Experience creating Boolean searches and talent pipelines.
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding skills.
• Knowledge of employment law and confidentiality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring partners to understand business strategy and identify skills for critical roles.
• Ensure staffing needs are met with a long-term talent strategy and adaptable recruiting priorities.
• Source quality candidates across multiple states, including remote areas, via social media, referrals, platforms, and databases.
• Suggest and implement process improvements to optimize the recruitment process.
• Maintain metrics and KPIs as defined by the Talent Acquisition Director.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion through inclusive sourcing and hiring practices.
• Document job requirements and objectives through task analysis and descriptions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications for roles.
• Own the candidate experience and suggest improvements.
• Manage candidate pipeline with timely communication and responsiveness.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality for each candidate.
