Job summary

Westinghouse Staffing Services, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company, seeks an experienced Project Coordinator to support renewable energy and construction projects in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. You will report to a Senior Project Manager and work with leadership to ensure project execution from planning through completion.

The role is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with occasional travel to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field; We will consider equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating projects within construction, energy, renewables, infrastructure, or related industries.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and closeout activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate project schedules, deliverables, and team activities.
• Track project budgets and expenditures and support cost-control projects.
