Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Project Coordinator - Central Maintenance on behalf of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC for a 1-year contract. The role involves supporting the Central Maintenance – Special Projects group with Wind, Solar, and Battery Storage initiatives.

Travel to field projects up to 25% is required; on-site work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, is expected. A technical background is preferred but not required, with strong collaboration across disciplines and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management within construction/renewables.
• Ability to collaborate with Senior Project Manager across Wind, Solar, Battery Storage projects.
• Travel to projects in the field up to 25%.
• On-site work in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with potential travel to projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
• Identify risks, challenges and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, schedules and information flow.
• Oversee current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project paperwork and documentation.
