Westinghouse Electric Company LLC through WECTEC Staffing Services is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 1-year contract. Location: Palm Beach Gardens, FL. The role involves coordinating with project managers, creating action plans, and managing budgets and timelines.

You will support design meetings, examine issues, and ensure documentation is current. Travel to sites is expected for initial turbine assessments and project communications with clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary.
• Evaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information.
• Manage current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, filed and stored.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and goals.
• Follow budget by managing expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
• Travel to sites to assist with initial catastrophic turbine assessments (5-10%).
• Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.
