Westinghouse Electric is seeking a Project Coordinator - Central Maintenance on behalf of a client. This is a 1-year contract (W-2).

The role supports the Central Maintenance - Special Projects group, involving Wind, Solar and Battery Storage initiatives with potential field travel up to 25%. The position is on-site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, with collaboration across multiple disciplines and a close work relationship with a Senior Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction/renewables project management.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for field projects.
• Ability to coordinate multiple disciplines across teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements.
• Identify risks, technical challenges, and develop solutions.
• Plan and manage team goals, schedules and information flow.
• Oversee current projects and coordinate team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project paperwork, ensuring documents are current and properly stored.
• Prepare and review proposals, memos, meeting minutes and emails.
• Communicate with clients to define requirements, scope and goals.
• Follow budget by tracking expenses and implementing cost-saving measures.
