Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to manage renewables engineering projects, oversee design teams, and provide technical leadership. The role covers financial oversight, resource allocation, and mentorship of staff, with responsibilities across planning, coordination, and project execution.

Candidates should hold a US PE license, possess strong communication skills, and have a background in renewables engineering. Field experience is preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction sciences or related field.
• 8+ years engineering experience required.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the US is required.
• Field experience is desirable.
• Education and experience may be combined with training.

Responsibilities

• Understand project requirements and develop a design fee for the work requested.
• Prepare and oversee work plans for engineering and production resources.
• Oversee Engineers, Designers, and Modeling staff assigned to team or project work.
• Communicate with Project Manager or Executive regarding effort and deliverables.
• Develop requests for additional services for submittal to PM or Owner.
• Lead Engineering CAC and interact with the project PM.
• Resolve complex engineering problems.
• Prepare/review engineering calculations; act as Engineer of Record.
