Job summary

Rosendin Electric, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to provide technical oversight and manage design teams for renewables projects in the United States.

The role involves financial oversight, resource allocation, and leadership across engineers, designers, and modeling staff. The ideal candidate will hold a US-licensed PE, have at least 8 years in engineering, and be adept at coordinating with project managers, field management, and other trades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architectural engineering, or construction sciences.
• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of engineering experience.
• Registration as a licensed US-based Professional Engineer (P.E.) is required.
• Field experience is desired.
• Education and experience can be a combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical engineering oversight for renewables projects.
• Manage design team, budgeting, and resources for assigned projects.
• Mentor and train staff under supervision.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and stakeholders on deliverables.
